Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VanWa Legal PLLC (“VanWa Legal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website or use its features, including the contact form, the appointment scheduler, and the case value calculator. By using the website you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of information collected automatically:
- Contact and consultation details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any description of your situation you choose to share.
- Appointment information you provide when you book a consultation through our third-party scheduler (Calendly), including the details Calendly collects to schedule a meeting.
- Case value calculator inputs you enter, such as case type, incident date, fault information, injury severity, treatment status, and economic-loss figures.
- Technical and usage data collected automatically by our hosting provider and any analytics, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages.
The case value calculator and Calendly
The case value calculator is an informational tool. The figures you enter are used in your browser to produce an illustrative estimate range. The estimate is not a valuation of any claim and does not create an attorney-client relationship (see our Terms and Conditions).
If you choose to book a consultation from the calculator, a summary of the context you provided (for example, the case type and the calculator’s internal estimate) may be transmitted to the firm together with your booking. This transfer happens through Calendly, our third-party scheduling provider, and is carried in the booking’s tracking parameters. We use this context only to prepare for and respond to your consultation request. If you do not want this information shared, do not submit it through the calculator or the scheduler.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers to operate parts of this website. When you use these features, your information is also processed by those providers under their own privacy policies:
- Calendly: appointment scheduling and the transfer of booking context described above.
- Google Maps: the embedded maps on the Contact and Areas We Serve pages, which may load resources from Google when displayed.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery, which processes technical request data.
- Email delivery: providers used to route messages you send us.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with these providers only as needed to deliver the features you use, and with professional advisors or authorities where required by law.

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above, to comply with our legal and professional obligations, and to resolve disputes. Consultation and matter records are retained in line with the firm’s records-retention practices and applicable legal and professional requirements.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that some information must be retained to meet legal and professional obligations.
